ONLY 36,000 jobs lost! OH BOY!
Harry Reid sure could have put it another way but I think this is really how he thinks of it. No matter to him that his constituents in Nevada have lost a lot of jobs due to the stated opinion of his party leader, the President, that we shouldn't spend our money in their state.
This country needs to produce about 100,000 jobs every month too keep pace with workers coming into the job market. We need to have 200,000-300,000 jobs a month for several years to simply reverse this past year. So what ACTUALLY happened is that we went another 136,000 jobs in the hole. Thank you Harry Reid.
