Harry Reid speaks the truth, finally...
That's the big news today, that Harry Reid, off the record, told the truth about Barack Obama.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada described in private then-Sen. Barack Obama as "light skinned" and "with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one."
He's actually apologizing for telling the truth. This is exactly why Obama was selected as the counter-Hillary candidate. Schumer's behavior pretty much supports this. It also points up one of Obama's characteristics, that he'll lie to get his way.

There are a number of pundits who are trying to make Harry Reid's comment seem racist. It isn't. It is reality. It is reality that many non-blacks wouldn't vote for somebody speaking like a gansta-rapper and/or with very dark skin tone. I'm not talking about just whites, I'm talking about people of Asian, Latin and even African descent. Such people aren't perceived by some in these groups as intelligent, capable or responsible. got the traction in the anti-Obama movement was because nobody who isn't black wants black people coming after them for something that their parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, etc, MIGHT have done as much as 300 years ago.
Harry Reid finally spoke the truth and for the same reason we have elected Barack Obama as President of the United States, namely a majority too stupid to see reality for what it is, he might well lose his re-election bid. I guess that means some good will come of it...
