Creigh Deeds showing his true colors...
I think. It is hard to tell with Mr. Deeds. Although he's a local (relatively) he doesn't strike me as one of "us" if you know what I mean. He is all about spending, taxing and it seems obfuscating... I saw his latest ad on TV last night and after a month or two where he apparently tried to distance himself from President Obama he seems to have embraced his love of taxation, out of control spending and deliberate deception typical of the Democrat national party (epitomized by our current Governor and Chair of the DNC, Tim Kaine). I am more and more convinced that Democrat and liar are now pretty much synonymous.
For us, the American ideal is personified in the concept of self-reliance, work ethic, honesty/forthrightness, decency, personal property rights, family, religion, an ability to defend oneself from criminals and crooked politicians, and personal responsibility.
