Yet more democrat shenanigans call whole voting process into question
A campaign worker for Al Franken became part of a recount team. She claims she was unbiased in her recount duties, but...
See, here's the thing. Anytime you make the voting process even appear to be tainted you make it so. Perception is reality. If I believe my vote won't count because somebody is going to change it, disallow it, destroy it or whatever else they might be able to do, then WHY SHOULD I VOTE. And when I see the "other" party doing this, what does this do to my respect for their candidate should that person be the one SAID to have won? So it goes and it follows that if I don't respect that new office holder because he/she cheated, will I respect any other laws? Why should I? When government is the enemy, why should I submit?
We've had to put up with a lot in this country. We've sometimes had to struggle to beat back the political machines. Some, like the Outfit in Chicago, we have not beaten. Heck, their guy is going to be the next POTUS. But when we have candidates who will unabashedly do anything to get "elected", we no longer have a republican democracy, we have a tyranny. Tyrannies should be resisted.
