Do you want a depression or VICTORY over the Islamofacists? Do you even have an idea of what a depression would do to our country? Think maybe that your 401K and investments will keep you fed even if you lose your job? Think the government will be able to ensure that your children are unaffected?

Look at the photo at left. September 1938, Coal miner's child breaking up large pieces of coal to take home. Pursglove, Scotts Run, West Virginia. Do you want your child, grand-child, neice, nephew to be this child? This is what this child had to do so that his family could cook and heat their home.

What you might not understand is that this situation is goal of the islamofacists. They believe that they will destroy all the heathens (that's Christians, Jews, etc.) if they destroy the financial stability of the USofA.

Ok, so perhaps you'd prefer that this was YOUR only job. How would you react to the requirement that you sell all the things you've accumulated for years of hard work for pennies on the dollar just so that you can eat. Just eat. Maybe you'd prefer that you had no options, no where to go, nobody to fall back on. Perhaps you think your parents could take care of you.

Maybe you'd be happy standing in a bread or soup line. You might think that the homeless shelters could handle everyone, but how is that possible? For this country to go from the most prosperous in the world with a homeless or indigent population of maybe a million to having millions without homes, work, food... Is the reduction of your days to something like this ca. 1930 Breadline at McCauley Water Street Mission under Brooklyn Bridge, New York is a pleasing prospect.

We accept that Osama Bin Laden says things that the islamofacists believe and has expressed their goals (much as Hitler set forth his plans in Mein Kampf). He has said,

Al Queda's biggest, and last, attack in the US was on the World Trade Center. The hope then and in 1993 was to destroy the center of US and world financial markets. To some extent it worked. There was disruption of the stock markets, it took time to reconstitute the backed up records of the various finance firms with offices in the twin towers. This was exacerbated by the loss of key personnel in those firms. The attack and subsequent military actions in Afghanistan and Iraq also caused investor doubts and drove down the stock market. The recent escalation of conflict between Israel and the islamofacist organizations Hamas and Hezbulloh have done the same, driving up the cost of crude oil and making the investors nervous. But now, if it wasn't already so, it is a goal...

An economic depression of the scale that destruction of our financial centers, that $300 a barrel oil, that the closing of major ports would cause would make the Great Depression of 1929-1940 seem to be a cake-walk.
