Somebody tell this idiot, Superintendant of Police Warren Riley, in New Orleans that it is his duty to ENFORCE the law not break it. Perhaps he has this belief in his perfunctory abilities to abuse the law because he rose through the ranks but it has got to stop. Maybe his officers will be smarter than that... maybe... oh well. You see he as said that his officers will confiscate guns during the next emergency. The state of Louisiana passed a law to make this a criminal act but he persists. Well, they won't if you can prove it is yours. Sorry, he's got it backwards.
