Cuba can Sell Oil Leases 50 Miles Off U.S. Shores?
U.S. Concerned By Cuban Oil Drilling Off Coast as reported by Fox News tells us that the Cubans (Fidel Castro) are selling oil drilling leases 50 miles off our, U.S. shores. Now, how can they do that when the states, such as Florida, won't permit drilling? This at a time when rapidly rising oil prices and foreign enemies such as Iran and Venezuela threaten our economy. We can't let this continue. We need to be drilling for this oil ourselves.
